The Colour That Will Make You More Confident
So now that you know red will make you feel sexier, more powerful and confident, what are you going to do about it? How are you going to wear it?
This can be anything from a red lip, the new shade 40 from the Sisley Paris phyto rouge collection is a current favourite, to a red manicure, I can attest to the fact that it genuinely does make you feel more pulled together. Or you can take the plunge if you’re brave and go for red clothes, shoes and accessories.
The red bag has been a favourite in the fashion world for a while but I wanted to go one step beyond in a bid to exude confidence so I went all out with a red coat. It’s not secret that I’m not settling into London life as seamlessly as I’d hoped and I’d red is the colour of confidence then sign me up!
I picked this statement piece from Superdry not only for the colour palette that gives confidence but for the style. I’ve always been a fan of autumn style though my colour palette tends to go to a more neutral brown shade for a few months and what goes better with a neutral colour palette than a splash of red?
Puffa jackets have been a hot ticket item for a while when it comes to autumn style so it’s only natural that this season I wanted an upgrade with this Superdry number.
I’m loving wearing it with my washed out jeans and trainers for a laid back everyday look and whilst there’s no denying this is a fashion statement, it’s also bladdy cosy! It’s the perfect outerwear piece for walking penny on cold autumnal mornings of which there are plenty!
