So I’ve been in London now for a couple of months and I feel like I’ve finally got my lounge exactly how I want it with a little help from H&M home section so I wanted to show you guys a little peak into my favourite space in my home and how I’ve decided to decorate!
One thing I love about autumn winter is that staying in is the new going out and everyone loves to cosy up and stay out of the terrible weather. I personally am such a home body I would rather always have nights in over nights out so this suits me perfectly! Dinner parties are one of my favourite ways to socialise in the colder months, you don’t get cold, you’re guaranteed good food and you get to pick the people you spend time with rather than some drunk guy stood at the bar who wont get the hint and leave. What more could you want?

Talking of summer interiors updates, is it something most people do? I personally hadn’t really considered it before as who would change their entire interiors for each season? It just seems crazy and expensive no? I’ve learnt over the past few weeks that there are certain things you can change and tweak in your home that make a huge difference. Best of all? It’s low cost and won’t fill up any desperately needed storage space.

Ever since I was a little girl going furniture shopping with my Godmother, I have always seen Laura Ashley home as the ultimate place to shop for homeware. Originally I just thought fabrics, wallpapers and larger homeware pieces like sofas. It wasn’t until I moved into my own home that I started to properly look into what they had and I was so pleasantly surprised at the selection of home accessories to add finishing touches. I live in a rented home so things like wallpaper are out of the window but that doesn’t mean you can’t still make a rented place feel like home by adding some accessories and decorative pieces and giving it your own touch.

This one’s been a long time coming. A home tour. I’ve been focusing on my two favourite rooms, the living room and the bedroom and they’re nearly perfect but I couldn’t hold off showing you what I’ve been up to any longer!
