Day 2 we were not only ready for the revolve festival but we were up early in time to get to do some of the other things we wanted to do before the festival began. We went to the Revolve hotel for iced coffee by the pool and some cute photo opps and we visited the Free People pop up at the Ace hotel. And of course before all of this we got up super early to make the most of the hotel pool and get some cute bikini shots. The blogger life right?

Long time no haul! I have to apologise guys for my lack of posts but I’ve been away and although I was hoping to be able to continue getting content up whilst I’ve been away I did think in the back of my head if it doesn’t happen it doesn’t happen as I’ve just wanted to relax and enjoy myself a bit! Doing something with Revolve has always been a career goal of mine. A brand I’ve often looked up to and who are synonymous with LA cool and put some of my favourite bloggers on the map. So when they invited me down to Palm Springs for their annual Revolve Festival it was an offer I couldn’t refuse! I mean I’ve been wanting to go to LA since I watched the first episode of the hills so it was also a pretty convenient excuse. Flash forward a couple of week and me and Lauren are driving down the freeway with the top down on our rented mustang and Natasha Beddingfield Unwritten playing, we’re walking cliches what can I say?

Ever since I was a little girl going furniture shopping with my Godmother, I have always seen Laura Ashley home as the ultimate place to shop for homeware. Originally I just thought fabrics, wallpapers and larger homeware pieces like sofas. It wasn’t until I moved into my own home that I started to properly look into what they had and I was so pleasantly surprised at the selection of home accessories to add finishing touches. I live in a rented home so things like wallpaper are out of the window but that doesn’t mean you can’t still make a rented place feel like home by adding some accessories and decorative pieces and giving it your own touch.
